Ingredients: Senna (Senna alexandrina) extract, gelatin capsule.

*Suggested daily intake: Take 1 (one) capsule a day before bedtime.

Suggested intake period: Take this product every day for up to 3 months (12 weeks). After intermission of 2 weeks you can repeat this cycle.
